Communications Internship

Currently, Welcoming America is seeking interns in communications. A marketing and communications internship with Welcoming America is the first step toward establishing a career in advertising, branding, promotion, and public relations.

Interns will work to advance Welcoming America’s brand, primarily through social media and web communications, and by working to promote the organization’s interactive platform, Friends of Welcoming. Interns may work in teams and will be part of the strategy-building process to build campaigns that will connect audiences to opportunities for building bridges between U.S. and foreign-born residents.

College students and recent graduates are preferred applicants, but  those with creativity and strong written skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates applying for intern positions should be dedicated, hard working, and well-versed in basic marketing strategies.
